Terms of Service

By using VoiceTextTranslate, you agree to these terms. VoiceTextTranslate is a product of Blue Almond Studio. The service provides voice transcription and translation on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are available in your account immediately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive usage.

Accuracy and intended use

Transcription and translation are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. VoiceTextTranslate is not suitable for, and must not be relied on in, safety-critical, medical, legal, or other high-stakes settings where an error could cause harm. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

Recording consent

Some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties to a recorded conversation. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law in your location and the location of the people you are recording or translating for.

Payments and credits

Credits are delivered immediately upon purchase and don't expire while your account is open. Prices may change; you will only be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Credits are non-refundable once delivered, except in the cases below:

• If you close your account, any unused credits are forfeited. Prepaid balances work like gift cards — we show you your remaining balance during the closure flow and ask you to confirm.
• If we suspend or terminate your account for cause (fraud, abuse, bot activity, or material violation of these Terms), unused credits are forfeited without refund. For minor issues we will typically warn you first.
• If we discontinue the service or a paid feature and you can no longer use credits you have already bought, we will refund the unused portion pro-rata.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases under Directive 2011/83/EU. Because credits are delivered immediately, at checkout you are asked to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that doing so waives your withdrawal right for that purchase (Art. 16(m) of the Directive). Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use VoiceTextTranslate. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
