By using VoiceTextTranslate, you agree to these terms. VoiceTextTranslate is a product of Blue Almond Studio. The service provides voice transcription and translation on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are available in your account immediately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive usage.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our service: your email address and usage data. Audio submitted for transcription is processed in real time and is not stored. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a pro-rated refund for any unused credits. Refund amounts are calculated based on the remaining units in your account at the time of the request. To request a refund, contact us at info@almond.blue.
VoiceTextTranslate uses a pay-as-you-go model with no subscriptions or recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel. Purchased credits remain in your account until used.
